SHIPPING POLICY


 

Products are shipped from our home base located in Michigan. Shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM until 5PM EST . All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that business days do not include: Saturday, Sunday or Official Holidays. 

 

We provide FREE domestic shipping for all Wig Orders. International shipping options are available. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships. 

 

If inaccurate or incomplete addresses information is provided, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays. 


 

Tracking Orders

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s status along its journey.

 

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
